It is an exclusive, dedicated lane at Arrivals in London Gatwick. It allows you to bypass the main queues at the UK Border/Passport Control, ensuring a faster transition from the plane to the arrivals hall.

• How do I prove I have purchased Fast Track?
It’s simple! When you reach the Fast Track lane at the UK border, just show the officers your booking itinerary. You can find this in your confirmation email or by logging into the "Your Trips" section on flynorse.com.

Tip: We recommend taking a screenshot of your itinerary before you land so it’s ready to show even if you don't have Wi-Fi!

• Is this the same as Fast Track Security?
No. Fast Track Security is for departing passengers. This product is specifically for arriving passengers at the immigration hall.

• Where do I find the Fast Track lane?

Once you land at LGW, follow signs for "Arrivals" and "Passport Control." The Fast Track lane will be clearly signposted within the Immigration hall.

• Does this replace a Visa?

No. This service provides faster lane access only. You must still hold a valid passport and any necessary visas required for entry into the United Kingdom.

• I’m departing from London; can I use this?
