If you want to increase your baggage allowance, you can easily do it by logging into Your Trips and selecting the "add baggage" option. In case you want to carry sports equipment, musical instruments, or bulky baggage, you can also add them through Your Trips.

However, if you face any problems while adding baggage or want to upgrade the weight allowance of your existing bags, you can contact our Customer Care team via social media or email at customercare@flynorse.com.

Please note that once you purchase a baggage allowance, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another reservation.

Upgrading baggage is also not possible at the airport.
