Cancellation within 24 hours of booking

We give you the opportunity to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.* Please go to Your Trips on flynorse.com to cancel your booking within 24 hours. For more information, check our fare rules.

*Except when the first flight on the booking is within 7 days of date of booking. E.g. you book your flight on the 1st, but the first flight on the booking is on the 5th, you will not be entitled to a full refund despite cancelling within 24 hours.

Cancellation after 24 hours of booking, but before departure time

If you know that you will not use your booking with us and are not entitled to a refund, you may be eligible for a refund of the taxes paid on your reservation.

To apply for a refund of taxes, kindly apply through our chatbot (try asking "Tax refund"). After submitting the form, our Customer Care team will handle your request and contact you on email as soon as this has been done.

For this service, an administrative fee applies per passenger, per flight. Currently, this fee is $65.** Please see our list of optional service fees for more information.

**If the refund amount is less than the applicable administration fees, no refund will be made. E.g. if the tax paid was 30 USD, no refund will apply as the administration fee is greater than the paid tax itself.

Tax refund for no-show bookings.

Please follow the application process as described above.

For refunds, kindly refer to our fare rules. In the majority of cases, you are not entitled to a refund of credit if being no-show for a flight. Please contact your travel insurance for further assistance.

Travel insurance

We recommend all passengers to obtain travel insurance prior to or at the time of booking. You might be able to cover losses in case we are unable to refund your reservation according to our policies.
