Our tickets are non-refundable, this to make your fare lower. Sometimes things do change, which we fully understand. Therefore, we are aiming to be as fair as possible with regards to fees and charges.  

By logging in to Your trips you can edit your flight details. To do this you will need the booking reference and last name used in booking.

Via Your trips you will be able to: 

• Change names and spelling mistakes (coming soon) 

• Change flight times and dates (for a fee)

• Change or add seats

• Add checked luggage, sports equipment or increase your weight allowance 

Free of charge you will be able to change spelling mistakes and title changes. Most other changes are subject to a fee. Sometimes you will be able to do your requested changes free of charge, but this depends on your fare selection. Changes performed online will always be the cheapest option.  If you experience any issues with changes under Your trips our Customer Care team is able to help you.
