Travel documents and information


In order to board a flight, you must have the necessary travel documents and identification.

Your passport must be valid, in good condition, and signed.
Children traveling internationally must also have a valid passport.

6 Month passport validity rule
It is not possible to add passports that expire less than 6 months from the date of travel on our website, and if this applies to you, you will need register your passport at the airport during check-in.

When traveling to the US, a minimum passport validity after your trip may be required.

Traveling to Jamaica?

Beginning September 1, 2023, travelers coming to Jamaica will be mandated to fill out a immigration form online.

The Immigration/Customs (C5) Form is an entry requirement for persons travelling to the island, whether they are residents in Jamaica or visiting.

Traveling to Barbados?

All passenger traveling to Barbados are required to fill out an Immigration and Customs Travel Form on arrival in Barbados. It is currently not necessary to fill out an online form.

Traveling to Thailand?

Generally, a foreign citizen who wishes to enter the Kingdom of Thailand is required to obtain a visa from a Royal Thai Embassy or a Royal Thai Consulate-General. However, nationals of certain countries do not require a visa if they meet visa exemption requirements found here:

European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS), is expected to be in place within 2024.
