Our Family Zone is a dedicated seating area designed to better accommodate guests traveling with children. By seating families together in one area of the aircraft, we aim to create a more understanding, supportive, and compassionate environment for parents and young travelers.

Why did Norse Atlantic Airways introduce these zones?

We understand that passengers travel for different reasons and have different expectations onboard. These zones are designed to help create a more comfortable experience for everyone, whether that means a quieter space to relax or a family-friendly area where children can feel at ease.

Are these zones guaranteed to be completely quiet or child-free?

No. While these zones reflect general passenger preferences, we cannot guarantee a specific onboard experience. Unexpected situations can occur during any flight.

What if I’m seated in the Quiet Zone and experience disturbance?

We recommend politely speaking to a member of our cabin crew. Our crew will, where feasible, assist and help reinforce the intended seating arrangements in a courteous and professional manner.

Can families sit outside the Family Zone?

Families may be seated in other areas depending on availability and booking circumstances. However, when possible, we encourage families traveling with young children to select the Family Zone for the comfort of all guests.
