Credit/voucher

In order to use your travel credits, go to our official website at flynorse.com and select a direct Norse flight or add ancillaries to an existing booking. When you reach the payment page, under the section where you enter your credit card information, select the option to pay with travel credits.

Then, enter the travel credit code (it is the same as the confirmation code of the booking you got the credits from). The credits should then immediately apply to your booking.

Please note that our travel credits cannot be transferred to an original form of payment, used on other airlines, on board or at the airport.

You are not allowed to share the travel credit code or to use the credits to purchase tickets and ancillaries for others. Travel credits are associated with your surname.
