Food on board
At Norse, we understand the importance of a comfortable and enjoyable flight experience. That's why we offer a variety of meal services on all our transatlantic routes.
We offer two meal services on our transatlantic routes. Depending on your fare type, the meals may be included in the ticket price. Please refer to "Your Trips" or confirmation email for more information. You will also be able to purchase sandwiches, snacks and drinks onboard. This can be found in our inflight menu can be found at https://www.flynorse.com/en-US/menus.
Standard meals must be preordered more than 24 hours before the flight, while special meals must be arranged more than 36 hours ahead. To order your meal, please log in to "Your Trips" on our website and follow the steps. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Care on social media or by email at email@example.com to assist you with your meal order.
Issues with Meals
If you have any issues with your meal onboard, please contact our Customer Care team via our social media channels or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Bringing Food Onboard
All passengers are allowed to bring their own food onboard. However, we kindly ask that passengers refrain from bringing smelly foods out of respect for other passengers.
No alcoholic beverages other than those purchased onboard can be consumed. Our crew will be happy to serve you from our selection of onboard drinks.
Please note that we are unable to reheat food brought onboard due to safety reasons.
