Passenger Options for Flights to/from JFK
Updated
We are truly sorry to inform you that due to a severe winter storm forecasted across the Northeastern United States from Friday 26 December to Saturday 27 December 2025, we have no choice but to cancel your flight. This weather system is expected to significantly impact airport operations across the region. We have explored all possible alternatives to operate safely. Unfortunately, despite every effort, this is an industry-wide disruption and cancellation is the only safe option available.
We understand how disruptive this is to your travel plans, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused.
If you are travelling to or from New York (JFK), you may choose one of the following options:
1. Rebook to a different travel date
If your flight was cancelled by us, you may rebook free of charge, subject to availability in the same travel class as your original ticket.
2. Request travel credits
You may cancel your flight and receive travel credits valid for one year from the date of issue.
The travel credits can be used across the entire Norse network and for additional services such as seat selection, baggage, and upgrades.
3. Request a full refund
If your flight was cancelled, you may request a full refund for your ticket and any purchased extras.
Please check your email inbox or visit our self-service portal for detailed instructions and to manage your booking.
We know this is not the journey you had planned, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging weather situation. Our teams are doing everything possible to help you get back on your way as smoothly as possible.
