COVID-19 Test Requirement - Passengers from China

 Updated

Following a surge in COVID-19 cases, people travelling from the People’s Republic of China (PRC) to the United States and United Kingdom will be required to show proof of a negative test result from 00:01 on 05 January.

Although Norse does not operate directly from China, these restrictions apply to passengers who have been in the PRC, Hong Kong, or Macau within the previous 10 days before their departure to the United States or United Kingdom.

Any passengers which have visited either of the above the last 10 days shall be subject to the following additional requirements:

  • Passengers must provide evidence of a negative test result (PCR or antigen) taken no more than 2 days before their ticketed flight departure.

  • Passengers who tested positive more than 10 days before the flight can provide documentation of recovery from COVID-19 in lieu of a negative test result.

  • The requirement applies to these air passengers regardless of nationality and vaccination status.

Passengers unable to show a negative test or documentation of recovery will not be accepted onboard
