Maximum allowed weight for checked-in instruments is 23 kg.

Checked in instruments must be carried in a hard case designed for the instrument. Please check our service fees for the optional fee. 

Your instrument must not exceed 250 x 79 x 112 cm / 98 x 31 x 44 in (L x H x W) and with circumference of max. 300 cm / 118 in. For travel from 30/10/2022 no bag must exceed total dimensions 320 cm/ 126 in (L+W+H). Pre-notification will not be required for any items of bulky baggage or sporting equipment not exceeding total dimensions 250 cm/ 98 in (L+W+H). For baggage exceeding total dimensions 250 cm/ 98 in (L+W+H), the passenger will need to contact the customer care team no more than 48 hours in advance for acceptance.
