You will only get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. Fare rules apply outside this. Please go to the 'Your trips' section on the website flynorse.com you will be able to do this. Please note that bookings made within 7 days of the flight is non-refundable.
If you have not used your ticket, you will be entitled to a refund of some of the Government taxes. The customer service team will help you out with the refund process. For this service, an administrative fee applies per passenger, per flight. However, we are unable to give the tax refund you are entitled to if the administrative fee is greater than the refund.
Travel insurance is recommended as this might be able to cover your losses in certain cases where you will be unable to use your ticket.
If you are unable to fly, we are not able to give a full refund. Subject to your fare regulations, you can change your flight to a future date if you should be unable to travel.
