From the time you arrive at the airport until being in the seat you will receive assistance. You will be able to receive the same assistance when disembarking and passing through your arrival airport.  

A detailed safety briefing will be performed by our cabin crew and assistance given to locate the oxygen mask, life jacket and how to fasten your seat belt. They will give you an explanation of your closest emergency exit and toilet. When you require a visit to the toilet the cabin crew will follow you to the toilet. Cabin crew is willing to help if you require assistance to open food or beverages purchased on board.
