Assistance for those with a learning or cognitive disability

Updated

To travel alone while having a learning or cognitive disability or condition like dementia you must be able to understand and react to safety instruction on board. The whole journey with all its aspects can be very demanding and should be considered.

It is advisable to travel with a companion if you are unable to understand where you are as the airport and on board the aircraft can be quite confusing.

Through the airport assistance can be provided including for baggage collection. On board we are sadly unable to provide one-on-one personal care and assistance. Contact our customer service team if you are unsure about whether you, your relatives or friends can travel alone.
