Assistance for those with an epilepsy

You should thoughtfully consider all aspects of your epilepsy condition and how the whole journey is going to affect you. Conditions like tiredness, excitement or anxiety can be triggering and cause issues while flying.  


We advise customers to travel with a companion knowing what to do if you suspect a seizure to happen. ID cards or medical jewellery identifying epilepsy with advice on how others could help in case of seizures. Please contact our customer care team prior to travel so they know about your needs and can help facilitate your journey.  


Airport assistance can be provided including help with picking up the baggage. We are unable to give one-to-one personal care on-board. Please contact our customer care team for advice regarding solo travel for individuals with special assistance needs.
