Heart attack
If minor or uncomplicated you can fly after 7 days.
Consult a medical practitioner before flying after a major or complicated heart attack.
Fit-to-fly medical certificate is required to fly.
Stroke
After 10 days.
Medical certificate is required to fly within 11 and 21 days following a stroke.
Pneumothorax
When the chest has been drained and the lung has fully expanded (usually 14 days).
Must travel with a companion.
