The airports offer assistance services for departure and arrival. The service is different from airport to airport. Familiarize yourself with the services provided to make sure you receive the services you need. Check the airport website for more information.  

We send the information received from anyone requiring special assistance to the airports you are flying to/from so they can give you the required assistance.  

While booking you can add a special assistance request.  

At the airport you will normally be allowed to bring your mobility equipment while passing through the airport. However, airline staff may require that the equipment be placed in the hold during the flight. On arrival the equipment will be available for you at the door or in the baggage hall in the airport.
