# Airport & Online Check-In

Whether you prefer checking in from your sofa or at the airport, getting ready for your flight should be simple. Here's everything you need to know about when and where to check in before you travel.

### **Online Check-In**

Online check-in opens **24 hours before your scheduled departure** and closes **2 hours before departure**. You can check in through "Your Trips" on our website. Our Customer Care team is unable to check you in for the flight, if you cannot complete the check-in online, please refer to our airport staff for assistance.

Online check-in is available on most routes for eligible passengers traveling in the following fare bundles:

### Eligibility

In addition to traveling on an eligible fare, online check-in is available for passengers who:

*   Are citizens of their destination country, or
*   Are visa-exempt travelers with any required travel authorization (such as ESTA, ETA or ETIAS).

Passengers who require a visa to enter their destination must check in at the airport, where our team will verify travel documents before issuing a boarding pass.

If you're unable to generate a valid mobile boarding pass during online check-in, simply visit the airport check-in desk to complete document verification and receive your printed boarding pass.

### **Airport Check-In**

Our airport check-in desks **open 4 hours before departure and close 1 hour before your scheduled departure.** We recommend arriving early to allow enough time to complete check-in, drop off any checked baggage and proceed through security, especially if:

*   You require a visa or additional travel document checks.
*   You're traveling with special assistance or a service animal.
*   You're checking in sports equipment, musical instruments, or other oversized baggage.

If you've already checked in online and are traveling with checked baggage, you can use the dedicated Bag Drop counter where available. If you're traveling with hand baggage only and have a valid boarding pass, you can proceed directly to security.

Once you've checked in and received your boarding pass, it is **no longer possible to reschedule your flight,** if you need assistance please reach out to our Customer Care team via chatbot or by email support@flynorse.com. If you need assistance with purchased extras, such as changing a seat assignment or other ancillary services, our airport team will be happy to assist where possible.
