Additional bags can be purchased in "Your Trips", through our chatbot, or at the airport (higher fees apply).

### **Checked Baggage Conditions & Limits**

*   Maximum of **8 checked bags per passenger, per flight**. You can add up to **5 standard checked bags (23 kg)** per passenger, per flight, yourself through [Your Trips](https://flynorse.com/trips) on our website or app. Our chat assistant can add your first standard checked bag directly and will guide you to Your Trips for any additional ones. If you've already reached the 5-bag limit and need more (up to the 8-bag maximum), our chat assistant can open a ticket with our Customer Care team to have the additional bag(s) added manually, or you can email [support@flynorse.com](mailto:support@flynorse.com) — alternatively, extra bags can be purchased directly at the airport, though airport rates may be higher.
*   Baggage pooling/sharing is only allowed within the same booking reference.
*   Baggage purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes to your booking or fare type may require new baggage purchases.
*   Upgrading baggage types is not permitted.
*   Checked bags may not exceed 320 cm / 126 in total dimensions (L + W + H); bags over 250 cm / 98 in require Customer Care approval at least 48 hours before departure.
*   Additional fees apply for extra, oversized, and overweight baggage, with overweight charges calculated per 1 kg / 2 lbs increment.
