# Hand baggage

Everyone likes to keep their essentials close at hand. That’s why every passenger can bring one carry-on bag and one personal item on board — free of charge.

### **Hand Baggage**

All our tickets include one carry-on cabin bag for each passenger, free of charge, to be stowed in the overhead compartment, plus one personal item to be placed under the seat in front of you.

Personal items can include a handbag, backpack, shoulder bag, or similar item that fits under the seat.

_\*All dimensions listed below include wheels, handles, and external pockets._

### **Additional Items**

— One duty-free shopping bag may be brought on board in addition to your baggage allowance, regardless of fare type.

— Infants without a seat do not have a cabin baggage allowance but may bring baby food or milk/formula sufficient for the flight.

— Passengers with reduced mobility who require assistive devices (e.g., crutches, zimmer frames, artificial limbs) may bring them on board, provided they fit under the seat or in the overhead locker.

### **Packing Tips**

**Keep important or valuable items such as keys, travel documents, medication, or baby items in your under-seat bag.**

Items that could present a hazard or be used to commit an act of violence may not be taken in the cabin. For details, see our [Restricted Items page](https://flynorse.com/support/restricted-items).

Any item that exceeds the maximum size or weight limits must be checked in. Excess baggage charges will apply if cabin baggage exceeds the stated limitations.
