Issues with boarding pass?


All passengers must collect their boarding passes at the check-in desk.

Check-in is done at the airport only for all our flights. You will not be charged for check-in at the airport.

In the event that your boarding pass cannot be scanned at the security checkpoint, please return to the check-in desk to have it re-issued.

We advise passengers to arrive at the airport well in advance to account for unexpected situations such as security checkpoint issues. It's important to note that boarding passes cannot be issued after the check-in deadline, which is 60 minutes prior to departure.
