Issues with boarding pass?
All passengers must collect their boarding passes at the check-in desk.
Opting for online check-in is highly recommended to avoid stress and save valuable time, but if you choose not to, please note that an airport check-in fee may apply.
In the event that your boarding pass cannot be scanned at the security checkpoint, please return to the check-in desk to have it re-issued.
We advise passengers to arrive at the airport well in advance to account for unexpected situations such as security checkpoint issues. It's important to note that boarding passes cannot be issued after the check-in deadline, which is 60 minutes prior to departure.
