Advanced Passenger Information (APIS) is mandatory for all passengers to provide prior to their flight. You will be asked for this information before check-in. This information must be provided before your flight.

The following details are required for APIS:

• Full name (as it appears on the passport/ID card)

• Date of birth

• Country where the passport/ID card was issued

• Passport number/ID card

• Passport/ID card expiry date

• Nationality

• Gender (where required)

If there are any changes to your personal information or contact details, you must update your booking, either online under "Your trips" or through Customer Care.

Failure to provide this information will result in inability to travel. It is crucial that the information provided in your documents matches the information provided during booking, as any discrepancies may result in denial of boarding.
