Unable to log inn?
If you are sure that you have entered your details correctly, and still receive the following message:
“The Confirmation code and Last name do not match any registered bookings. Please double-check and re-enter these details.”
Please close all open web browsers, re-open and try to log in again.
Not able to check-in online?
We do not offer online check in.
You will need to check in and pick up a physical boarding pass at the airport.
Unable to add passport due to expiry date?
It is not possible to add passports that expire less than 6 months from the date of travel on our website.
If this applies to you, you will need to register your passport during check-in at the airport, provided you are exempt from the 6-month rule.

Unable to add US address?
We are aware of this issue, and are working on a solution.
If the problem occurs when using a mobile device, please try adding the address via a computer.
If you still encounter the issue, the check in agent will be able to add it during the check in process.
Experiencing bugs?
General bugs can often be resolved by completely closing and re-opening the web browser.
