Unable to log inn?

If you are sure that you have entered your details correctly, and still receive the following message:

The Confirmation code and Last name do not match any registered bookings. Please double-check and re-enter these details.”

Please close all open web browsers, re-open and try to log in again.

 

Have you received “This is not a boarding pass”?

This message is not an error message. We do not issue boarding passes online, and you will need to pick up a physical copy of your boarding pass at the airport check-in counter.

 

Unable to add passport due to expiry date?
It is not possible to add passports that expire less than 6 months from the date of travel on our website.
If this applies to you, you will need to complete the check-in at the airport, provided you are exempt from the 6-month rule.

Unable to add US address?

We are aware of this issue, and are working on a solution.

If you encounter it, you will have to proceed to the airport to complete the check-in.


Unable to add Known Traveler Number (KTN)?

We currently do not offer TSA Pre-Check and Global entry for our flights. For this reason it is not possible to add your KTN to the reservation.

We hope to add this possibility in the future and in the mean time apologize for the inconvenience!
