In most cases we allow you to bring necessary medical equipment onboard our aircrafts. Please reach out to our Customer Care team through our chatbot on our help center in case an approval to carry the item is required.

CPAP devices can be carried onboard without prior notice to Customer Care (documentation shall however be checked at check-in if the device is to be used onboard the aircraft). Other devices require prior clearance from Customer Care.

You will not be charged to carry medical equipment onboard or as checked bags.
