Packing requirements and advice
Updated
To ensure the safety and security of your luggage during your travels, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
Each bag should be clearly marked with the name and phone number of the passenger. We kindly ask that all previous bag tags are removed prior to check-in, as failure to do so may result in limited liability in the event of lost luggage.
To prevent any items from shifting during the flight, please pack your baggage neatly and securely. For added peace of mind, we recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect valuable or fragile items.
Please be advised that restricted items and dangerous goods are not permitted onboard, and protective cases should be used for all luggage. Extra caution should be taken for items not designed for air travel, such as car seats, strollers, sporting equipment like bikes or golf clubs, and delicate or valuable items like paintings.
For your convenience, special cases are available for certain items to minimize the risk of potential damage. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable travel experience for all passengers.
