Checked baggage exceeding 158cm / 62in (height + width + length) is considered bulky baggage. Please check our optional service fees for the optional fee. The bulky baggage must also be within 23 kg / 50 lbs, if not extra baggage charges apply according to optional service fees.  

Strollers, car seats, assistive devices and medical equipment is not considered bulky baggage and are exempt from those charges.  

Conditions

• Check that your special baggage or bulky baggage is the right size.

• Excess weight is charged in 1 kg/ 2 lb increments, per leg.

• Each bag must not be heavier than 32 kg/ 70 lb or lighter than 2 kg / 4 lb.

• Your gear must not exceed 250 x 79 x 112 cm/98 x 31 x 44 in (L+H+W) with max. circumference 320 cm/ 126 in (L+W+H). Pre-notification will not be required for any items of bulky baggage or sporting equipment not exceeding total dimensions 250 cm/ 98 in (L+W+H). For items exceeding total dimensions 250 cm/ 98 in (L+W+H), the passenger will need to contact the customer care team no more than 48 hours in advance for acceptance.
