We offer the following hand baggage types:

• Economy cabin

  • Small personal item, 40 x 30 x 15 cm / 15.5 x 11.5 x 5.5 in (no weight restriction, must fit under the seat)

  • Carry-on / cabin bag, 56 x 45 x 25 cm / 22 x 18 x 10 in (max 10kg / 22lbs)

• Premium cabin

  • Larger personal item, 45 x 36 x 22 cm / 17 x 14 x 8 in (no weight restriction, must fit under the seat)

  • Carry-on / cabin bag, 56 x 45 x 25 cm / 22 x 18 x 10 in (max 15kg / 33lbs)

Both a personal item and carry-on bag is included in all fares.*

If your hand baggage exceeds the stated dimensions, weight and allowance you will need to pay the relevant baggage charge as outlined on the service fees page. If you are made to check your carry on baggage, the carry on fee will not be refunded.

Nice to know

• Everyone can also bring one airport shopping bag in addition to their ticket type allowance. Alcoholic drinks cannot be opened or consumed onboard.

• Pack important items, such as medicine, baby items and your valuables in your underseat bag/ personal item.

• Some items are not allowed in your hand baggage - please check our restricted items before you pack.

• You can bring an item instead of a standard bag (such a gift box or mini board), but it must not exceed our hand baggage limits or be listed among our restricted items/dangerous goods.

• There is no hand baggage allowance for infant tickets without a seat, but you can bring a reasonable amount of baby food and milk/formula for the flight.
